HulChul is an AI-powered introduction platform that connects job seekers directly with recruiters and hiring managers at top companies who are actively looking for talent. Our service includes:
Important: Getting hired is NOT guaranteed. This platform aims to introduce you to recruiters who are hiring for roles that match your profile. All hiring decisions rest entirely with the recruiters and their companies. Raj makes introductions — he does not control or influence hiring outcomes.
You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

We verify profiles through LinkedIn authentication and other social media links to ensure authenticity. While we strive to maintain a trustworthy community, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all user-provided information. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before meeting or collaborating with connections.
Our AI matching service connects job seekers with recruiters based on skills, experience, target roles, and recruiter hiring preferences.
NO HIRING GUARANTEE: We do NOT guarantee that you will receive an interview or job offer. HulChul is an introduction platform — Raj introduces you to recruiters who are actively hiring. All screening, interview, and hiring decisions rest entirely with the recruiters and their companies. Raj plays no role in those decisions.
We facilitate warm introductions between qualified candidates and recruiters who are actively looking for talent. All interview outcomes and hiring decisions are made independently by companies and their HR teams. HulChul has no control over these outcomes and makes no representations or warranties about employment results.
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by HulChul and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., profile information), but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving our services.
Currently, HulChul is free for all users during early access. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or subscription plans in the future with 30 days' notice.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Raj is an AI assistant, and matches may not always result in successful referrals, interviews, or job offers.
We specifically disclaim any guarantee or warranty that:
Users are responsible for their own career decisions, professional conduct, and due diligence when interacting with employees or pursuing opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HulChul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of job opportunities, missed interviews, hiring decisions, data loss, or any outcomes from introductions made through the service. We are not responsible for decisions made by recruiters or companies regarding interviews or employment. All hiring decisions remain solely with the companies and their HR teams.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via WhatsApp. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
